Magieriel is heading home to Lothlorien for a visit. As she was just visiting the recently recovered libraries of Moria, her route takes her through the dangerous beauty of Nanduhirion before she crosses the Nimrodel into the shade of the Mallorns.
Magieriel is Wearing:

Feet – Boots of the Laketown Watch in Sea Blue
Hands – Astaldo in Sea Blue
Shoulders – Pauldrons of the Gallant Commander in Sea Blue
Head – Ceremonial Hat of the Written Word in Sea Blue
Sword – Daellang
Staff – Staff of Storied Past
I’m back from a short hiatus! While I feel late to the party, I did have this outfit planned for quite some time. I’m just glad my fellow fashion bloggers used very different outfits to go with the Storied LM staff – and I hope you all enjoy my take on an outfit based on this most gorgeous of staves <3.
The Shire is full of lovely places to see and visit, being a vibrant region full of folks who love their homes and the land. When not out adventuring Delphinia enjoys walking though the gardens and wild places. Today’s stroll takes place in the memorial gardens of Michel Delving as she is in town visiting friends.
Delphinia is wearing:
Chest: Cuirass of Moonlight in Crimson
Legs: Threadbare Leggings of the Dunland Healer in Crimson
Shoulders: Elegant Silk Mantle in Violet
Hands: Gloves of Resolve in Violet
Head: Wide-brimmed Spring Hat in Crimson
Delphinia hopes you enjoyed joining her on her walk through the gardens!
Many long years of hard battle have turned this former maiden into something far more harsh and hard. Her formerly shiny steel armor shows its age and the stains of many fights. She keeps her face covered, as her past beauty has faded and she now shows the signs of dire battle, sleepless nights, and friends lost. She finds that anger often rules her now, even though she was not always this way. Riding her faithful war-steed across the lands is one of the few enjoyments she finds in this world now. Perhaps some day she will return home, but for now she must wander alone with her past.
The Warrioress Wears:
Chest – Forge-crafted Armour in Umber
Legs – Temper-Crafted Leggings in Umber
Head – Balanthol in Rust
Shoulders – Reforged Rift-Defender’s Shoulders in Rust
Feet – Reforged Rift-Defender’s Boots in Rust
Hands – Reforged Rift-Runner’s Gloves in Rust
Cloak – Cloak of the Boar in Rust
Swords – Mirrored Ancient Steel Sword of Combat
Harness of the Harbinger in Rust
Head-piece of the Northern Herald in Umber
War-steed Leggings of Winter’s Light
I thought about setting this somewhere more foreboding, as the tale of the rusted warrioress is not a happy one. However the faded colors of the Iron Hills coupled with the iron-rich waterways made me settle on there for my location. The inspiration for this was Karazgar, I find his story a rather fascinating one (and those little piles of rust that are the only signs of him when you first start tracking him). I hope you enjoyed the screenies, next one up should be a happy hobbit!
So, four years ago today I made my first post on this blog. And my how the time as flown! I have grown and learned – looking back at some of my earlier screenshots makes me cringe a bit, but they were the best I knew how to do at the time. I like to think I’ve learned and grown over the years 😉
Also approaching is the anniversary of LotRO. I’m looking forward to not only the new adventures in this years anniversary festival, but the new adventures that await us in the Vales of Anduin and beyond!
And last but not least, this time of year is also important to many religions, especially here in the northern hemisphere as winter has finally released us and the season of spring is really starting to get going. So I decided just to do a couple themed spring/easter screenies to celebrate my own blogiversary, the LotRO anniversary, and the season – thank you all for being along for the ride 🙂
Delphinia is wearing:
Exquisite Short-Sleeved Dress in Sea Blue
Circlet of Fresh-Picked Flowers in Sea Blue
Carrying the Basket of Colourful Eggs
I didn’t follow my normal routine on this one. Usually I create an outfit for the character, then if interested I create a war-steed outfit. This time I decided I wanted to mount-match an older Spring Festival steed, one which didn’t even have war-steed cosmetics! I feel I did pretty well, mixing and matching a bit, trying not to use the same pieces used by other bloggers for spring ensembles (and trust me, that was hard as some of the other long-term bloggers have so much awesome stuff!).
Please enjoy as Anmorata and her friends enjoy the warm Ethuin evening breezes in Ered Luin 🙂
Anmorata is wearing:
Sleeveless Dress of the Moth in Lavender
Circlet of Fresh Picked Flowers in Lavender
Mantle of the North Ithilien Woods in White
Lasgalen Spring Pack
Carrying Foxglove and Iris
Playing Gleowine’s Harp
She is riding the Steed of Ethuil
Absinthe was a bit jealous that another steed was featured, so she demanded her own custom spring outfit 😉 She also insisted that her photos be taken at dawn, just to be different. She really liked this caparison, even though it’s greens didn’t match the dress very well. Oh well, hard to argue with a mare when she’s being marish 😀
Absinthe is wearing:
Tail of Lasgalen Spring
War-steed Legging’s of Winter’s Night
Andrys is home on leave, and he takes the opportunity to walk around Dale. The town is rebuilding fast from the last enemy incursion, but you can still see signs of damage in some places. However the spirits of the people are high, and trade is already flowing quite well.
There are still dangers present outside of the town walls though, so when exercising his steed Glawar he makes sure he is armed!
His outfit is:
Chest – Uruk-Catchers Jacket in Rivendell Green
Legs – Leggings of the Learned Stag in Umber
Shoulders – Fine Grey Company Wrap in Olive
Gloves – Lesser Secret of the West Gauntlets in Rivendell Green

Thank you for reading!
All cultures have a different view on what wealth is. The elves of Lothlorien know what theirs is, the pale golden splendor of the city of Caras Galadhon. Set high in the mallorn trees, the city glows with an inner light. This is a place of peace, rest, and restoration.

At the end of 2018 three long-running quality fashion bloggers (Cosmetic LotRO, Material Middle-Earth, and Wandering around Arda) got together to host a Yule Outfit contest. The above screenie was my own entry 🙂 The competition was fierce, and the three top outfits selected as winners definitely deserved the honors – congratulations to them! Many of the other entries were also of very high quality also – if you did not check out the link posted to view them all and you want to please click here.
I wanted to share my own entry, some additional shots, and outfit details before the true winter was over in my part of the world, so now is the time. I decided to add in a couple of pets, because they are not only thematically appropriate – they are also cute!

When I started on Anor I decided I wanted to see if I could put a more serious effort into the Warden class. Hence Tamar Erynrian – the High Elf warden – was born. I still don’t know if I totally understand all my gambits and the most effective ways to chain the skills, but I do know I am having fun with her!
As with my previous Legendary server outfit post – this is created solely by gear that is available via world drop, outfit vendor, barter vendor, or festival. I’m doing my best to avoid items from the stores (including Lalia’s). This also includes limiting the dye choices to ones currently available via crafting or what festivals have thus far occurred.
Her outfit is:
Chest – Bear Hide Shirt in Burgundy
Legs – Time-worn Leggings in Sienna
Shoulders – Repossessed Shoulderguards in Burgundy
Gloves – Old Mugwort’s Gauntlets in Burgundy

Spear – Rochbenaith
Javelin – Ornate Black Ash Javelin of Precision
Shield – Warden of Haudh Eglan
She is riding the Steed of the Eldar Autumn
I hope you’ve enjoyed my latest foray into Legendary fashion!
Isilmearon was the first High Elf character I made, and she was named for her connections to the sea and moon (two connections I have always loved). Even her War-steed’s name – Gwingil – reflects this love of the sea. She has always been drawn to the sea, even before the call to come home started to strengthen. While she hears it, she continues to resist. However she cannot resist the call of the gulls, the splash of the waves, the endless blue skies, the sparkle of sunlight on the constantly moving waters…
There are some dangers though along the coast, so she does not go unarmed and unaware.
Her outfit is:
Chest – Armor of the Forest in White
Legs – Leggings of the Learned Stag in Belegaer Blue
Shoulders – Ceremonial Shoulders of the Lady’s Secrecy in Belegaer Blue
Gloves – Lesser Secret of the West Gauntlets in Belegaer Blue
Boots – Ceremonial Boots of the Gambler in White
Back- Fine Elven Quiver in Moria Silver
Weapon – Peerless Thain’s Dagger of Combat
Bow – Ornate Lebethron Bow of Precision
War-Steed Gwingil is wearing:
Rivendell Set in Grey
As a reminder to folks looking for the pieces, Ceremonial means I bought it from Lalia’s market. These items are also found as barter or quest pieces, so if you are searching the Wiki for them leave off the Ceremonial part 🙂
